By creating an account or using EasyBikePlan, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

EasyBikePlan provides route planning, storage and offline navigation for motorcyclists. The service is provided "as is" — always verify your route and ride safely.

2. Account

You are responsible for your login credentials. Use a strong password. You must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service (spam, hacking, illegal content). Obey traffic laws; navigation is an aid, not a substitute for your own attention.

4. Subscription

Free accounts have a limit on saved routes. Trial and premium offer extended features. Payments (Stripe) will follow in a later release.

5. Intellectual property

The app, design and our content remain our property. Your routes remain yours; you grant us a licence to store and display them within the app.

6. Liability

We are not liable for damage from incorrect routes, GPS deviation, offline data or third-party services. Use at your own risk.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
